Five Scholarship Providers for the Business Degree

As a prospective college student seeking a business degree, you have a unique option available to you that no one else does: scholarships for the business major. Many of these scholarships are applicable whether you are a student interested in a traditional campus environment or you are looking into online education.
Business schools often have scholarships tailored specifically for their students. Beyond that, however, you can check the following three locations for business degree scholarships:
Local Chamber of Commerce Organizations.
Your local chamber of commerce can be found at ChamberofCommerce.com. This site will let you search for organizations in your area. Local Chambers of Commerce offer scholarships for all types of majors, but place a special emphasis on business degrees. A professional from your local chamber would be willing to assist you in your scholarship pursuits.
Golden Key National Honour Society.
The Golden Key National Honour Society was established in 1977. It awards over $400,000 annually through 17 different scholarship and reward programs. Students with exceptional academic performance are invited to join the Golden Key National Honour Society and reap the benefits it has to offer. Use this opportunity to also connect with local students.
Government Finance Officers Association.
The Government Finance Officers Association is a professional association of anyone involved in state, province, and/or local finance in the United States and/or Canada. It was established in 1906 and currently has over 16,500 members. They have five different scholarships available to business students, including two scholarships only meant for graduate students.
National Business Scholarships.
The National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) offersa Future Entrepreneur Scholarship to business students pursuing entrepreneurship through higher education. This undergraduate scholarship offers $12,000 for the first year and $4,000 each subsequent year after for three years, totaling $24,000. Read more here. Read more here. National Society of Accountants Program.
Accounting majors who have a 3.0 GPA should apply for the National Society of Accountants Scholarship program. Scholarships are awarded to undergraduates who have a 3.0 GPA in the amount of $500, $1,000 and $2,000.
